Kennedy at his best aboard Saponara
Saponara followed up on her recent win at Kilbeggan when winning the Barclay Telecom Landline Services Hurdle under a fine ride by Paddy Kennedy.
Kennedy who was never too far off the pace was travelling well in third when he made slight mistake three from home.
The daughter of Key Of Luck responded well to pressure to get up in the closing stages and deny Time Machine by a length and three parts.
Damian Dreeling who was representing winning trainer Dessie Hughes said: “That was nice, she has improved again from the last day.”
