Keats Dream wins for Walsh/Power
The John Joe Walsh trained Keats Dream was the well backed winner (5/2 - 7/4f) of the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Hurdle at Thurles today, winning under a cool ride from Eddie Power.
The daughter of Turtle Island went clear of her rivals on the run-in, before scoring a four and a half lengths success over Olifan D'Oudairies
Afterwards Walsh mentioned “Keats Dream is an improving mare and was a little unlucky at Limerick the last day. She'll go for another little handicap, maybe at Cork over Easter.”
