Chris Hayes checks behind on the impressive Katie T

Chris Hayes is making the day his own at Limerick and the native of the Treaty County added to his earlier gains on Corail and Pushkar with a smooth as silk victory aboard BoyleSports Hurdle heroine Katie T in the Follow @Limerickraces On Twitter Handicap. The treble comes in at odds of over 192/1.
The well-backed 4/6 shot never gave her supporters any cause for anxiety in this extended mile three furlong contest.
Kevin Prendergast 's charge came though from off the pace in the straight. She eased on from a furlong and a half out to oblige by three and a quarter lengths from Prince Kup
"She is a very good filly and the plan after coming here was very much (a Grade 1 Hurdle) Punchestown. I thought it was a good bit of placing by the boss to find this race and she made the others look ordinary," explained Hayes.
"She won't have it all her own way against Annie Power at Punchestown but I'd be looking forward to riding her again on the Flat."
