The eight-year-old Iridescent (7/1) gained reward for some consistent efforts when landing the three-mile handicap hurdle for the Fogarty brothers, Jonathan and Mikey.
Placed on his previous three starts, he made headway to lead three out and drew clear to beat Hoganville by seven and a half lengths. The frame was filled by Stolen Moment and Kingsgate
Winning rider Mikey Fogarty said: "He was knocking on the door for the last while and stepping up to three miles was a help.
"In fairness the owners have been very patient with him and I'm delighted for them and it is nice to win when you are knocking on the door for so long. He won't keep going through the summer, he has been on the go for a while but we might sneak one more run into him."
