Emeric followed up on a recent success when justifying odds-on favouritism in the Crowne Plaza Dundalk Race & Stay Handicap.
Once again an extended 10-furlongs was the trip for the six-year-old gelding and Colin Keane.
The duo made their move entering the straight and moved into contention two furlongs down. Emeric soon led and had to be kept up to his work in the final furlong as he idled in front.
The 10/11 favourite beat 22/1 shot Kartayaz by half a length with 33/1 chance Hidden Land another length and a quarter back in third.
Trainer Paul Flynn said: "He kept him up to his work, he's a bit funny in front.
"He takes it easy at the end, but hopefully he will keep himself well handicapped.
"He jumps well so he'll go hurdling as well, he'll mix and match the both.
"He will probably stick to more galloping tracks, he doesn't like bumping and he likes level surfaces. That could be quite important.
"I'm not sure we'll get the ground on the National Hunt tracks in Ireland for him, they could be watered, so he might take a few trips to England if he jumps well."
