Fran Berry was continuing his good run around Dundalk after he landed the feature race on this evening’s card, the Carlingford Stakes Listed Race aboard the Pat Martin trained Indiana Gal

Berry who sat in mid-division for most came with a run on the outside to lead inside the final furlong for a three parts of a length win over Ransomed Bride

“I didn’t really know what to expect this evening. She came out of her race fine the last day so we decided to take our chances”, said Martin.

“She loves it around here and that’s her third win. The plan is now go to the Dubai Carnival next year.”

“Fran gets on great with her and he said she travelled extremely well for him today. She’s a model of consistency really.”
