The Mogeely Stud sponsored Silver Stakes at the Curragh was won in fine style by Deauville Vision

The mare, in foal to Kheleyf, was sent to the front turning for home and stayed on stoutly for a comfortable success.

Winning trainer Michael Halford said: "she is so much better with ease in the ground, so I was delighted when the rain came. Rory (Cleary) did a great job on her, she is not the easiest of rides and he got her settled early on."

"She is in foal about a month and I think that has been a big help to her form."
