Royal Illusion completed an across the card double for Willie Mullins, as she claimed the last at Bellewstown, the Racingtv.com (Q.R) Race.
Successful in another qualified riders race over further at Leopardstown last month, the dual bumper winner was sent off at 5/2 this evening, with stable mate Mr Adjudicator the 4/6 favourite.
Settled in fourth by Richie Deegan, the Ballylinch Stud Farm owned seven-year-old was pushed along and got to the front just inside the final furlong, keeping on well from there to score by a comfortable length. Born By The Sea (33/1) ran a huge race to finish second for the Gilligan's, while Mr Adjudicator could only manage a disappointing third, another half a length back under Derek O'Connor.
"We're delighted with her," said assistant David Casey.
"She doesn't show a lot at home and seems to save it for the track. It's great that she won anyway.
"She's won two bumpers as well. I'm sure the boss will find something else for her now."
Mullins earlier took the feature at Tipperary with Thomas Hobson
