Ibergman produced a game front-running performance to land a bit of a touch in the Property Partners Earley (Fillies) Handicap at Roscommon.
Ronan Whelan got to the front after a furlong on the well-backed 11/2 shot (10/1 this morning) and she made the best of her way home from there.
The Sheila Lavery-trained daughter of Big Bad Bob stuck on well in the closing stages to hold the late charge of Jackie Ellis by half a length.
The winner had been well held on her previous three outings this year but had won twice last season.
"She has a great attitude, and that was probably her best run. She needs a cut and a hill. Usually she hits a flat spot but she didn't today,” said Lavery.
"She's in over a mile at Navan on Friday and, if she comes out of this well, she could go there. Hopefully after that she'll run in one of the nice handicaps at Galway."
