Hughes' Beauty takes Limerick opener
Dessie Hughes' First Beauty rewarded morning support (20/1 into 7/1, before returning 10/1) when taking the opening Supermacs Dooradoyle Mares Maiden Hurdle at Limerick today, a seventh winner for promising 7lbs claimer Bryan Cooper.
The daughter of Norwich made all and looked a winner at most stages, eventually scoring a seven lengths success over Tir Na Gcapall
Afterwards Hughes reported “First Beauty had run well at Tramore, having met some interference, and improved from the run. She'll be kept on the go for the summer now.”
