- Hoodoo remains a Tramore horse
Hoodoo remains a Tramore horse
The Hoodoo Remains showed his liking for Tramore again when running out a well-backed winner (3s into 2s) of the Tramore Racecourse Supporters Club Handicap Hurdle under 7Ib claimer, Pat Kennedy.
The son of Lord Americo hit the front two out, where he made a mistake and he stayed on well from before the last to see off Erra Go On by two and a half lengths.
Successful trainer, Liz Doyle said: "He won here on New Year's Day after running here the previous day. He seems to be a Tramore horse. I won a bumper on him in Listowel on a day that it was nearly unraceable so it is amazing that he was able to win on that ground today.
"I had been trying to win a race with him for four years and something just suddenly seemed to click. He ran a good race in Gowran on Wednesday and he is the type of horse that you can bring out quick."
