The Aidan O'Brien trained Adeste Fideles ridden by Seamie Heffernan, made all for a comfortable win in the opening Floodlit Friday Nights At Dundalk Maiden at Dundalk today. The daughter of Classic winning mare Imagine was winning at her seventh attempt and in the end, did it in style and had four and three parts of a length to spare over Taaluf Afterwards Heffernan stated “I know it wasn't the greatest race but I think I've been riding her wrong. It seems to suit her to jump and let her do her own thing.” Quotes from Alan Magee
