Seamus Heffernan completed a quick double at Cork this afternoon when the Denis Hogan-trained Stormy Air landed the 45-65 mile handicap.
The 8/1 shot was produced to lead a furlong from home and held the late charge of Bercasa by half a length.
Stormy Air was bouncing back to form having been well held on his last two runs on testing ground.
Heffernan said:- "I was disappointed with him the last day but Denis (Hogan) said to 'take your time' on him today and it worked. If Denis said to ride one a certain way, I always try to ride them his way."
