Hazeymm completes double
The Edward O’Grady and Andrew McNamara alliance has enjoyed an excellent summer and the pair were again on the mark when Hazeymm ran out the comfortable winner of the Richard Power Private Clients Betting Handicap Hurdle at Tramore today.
Hazeymm, a winner at Wexford last week, led before the final flight and stayed on well for a five lengths win over Whispering Wind
O’Grady was absent but McNamara did report “Hazeymm handled the track great and loves that fast ground.”
Hazeymm’s two recent wins moved Jockeys’ Championship leader McNamara onto the 27 winner mark for the season.
