Harringtons drive off with Land Rover
Following on from the success of the Walsh family in the opener, it was the turn of Jessica Harrington and her daughter Kate as they combined to land the valuable Goffs Land Rover Bumper with Imperial Cascade
The four-year-old gelding, who carries the Punchestowns colours of Judy Wilson, stayed on gamely in the straight to deny Sparkling Tara by half a length.
'It's fantastic. There was alot of pressure on Kate, and it was very good of the owner to let her ride it. He just needed the run on his debut, and is a nice horse for next season,' said Mrs Harrington.
