Gary Carroll who will be crowned this year’s champion apprentice was in the winner’s enclosure this evening after he won the Christmas Party Nights At Dundalk Stadium Handicap aboard Reggie Roberts' Happy Moments

Carroll, who was in front for most, was clear of his rivals over a furlong out and kept on well to score by two and a half lengths.

Winning jockey Carroll stated: “He did it well, he stays galloping and I just let him go the one pace and he stretched clear up the straight.”
