Sheer Bravado completed a hat-trick of recent wins at Killarney today as the Jim Bolger trained three year old also bagged a second win in 24 hours in the KillarneyRaces.ie Handicap.
Sheer Bravado is a son of Galway-based stallion Fracas, whose best performer was the Bolger trained Group 3 winner Smash Williams, and today the gelding completed his hat-trick when beating Kosman by two lengths.
Sheer Bravado followed up wins at last month's Listowel festival and a win in yesterday's 3.00pm race at Tipperary with another in today's 2.55pm Killarney race, despite unseating jockey Kevin Manning on the way to post.
Manning later reported "the horses were basically cantering up to the start and I was cantering the opposite way; he just went to turn to go back with them and I lost my balance and went out the side door.
“It was probably a weaker contest than it was yesterday but it was great to turn up 24 hours later and do the same again.”
