They shared a treble at Punchestown yesterday and there were further gains for Gordon Elliott and Jack Kennedy today at Down Royal when Gun Digger landed the Silks@DownRoyal Rated Novice Hurdle.
One of their Punchestown victors, Sir Carno, was in the Gigginstown House Stud silks, and Gun Digger belongs to the County Westmeath-based powerhouse too.
Two to one second favourite Gun Digger took over two out on his way to a comprehensive nine length success over Guided By You
"He's a grand, big, honest, galloping horse. He's a big chaser for next year. Whatever he does is a bonus until he goes jumping fences," stated Elliott.
"Jack said the further he went the better he got in that ground. He'll win plenty of races in that ground."
