Great Scott! Gillian sends out a 50/1 winner
Relevant Range is home and hosed

There was plenty of pace on in the one-mile handicap which played into the hands of those ridden patiently and Relevant Range came from rear of mid-division to spring a 50/1 shock under Darragh O'Sullivan.
The Starspangledbanner gelding got into the clear approaching the final furlong and headed Clarita 100 yards out to score by a length-and-three-quarters.
Based in Ballingarry Co Limerick, Gillian Scott trains the five-year-old for the Irrelevant Syndicate and was tasting success at her local festival meeting for a third time in four years.
Scott said: "Darragh was cool out, as he said the horse was flat out the whole way. He's not the most genuine but he just got him travelling enthusiastically and his 10lb claim was worth so much.
"We have a connection with the O'Sullivans as we have known Danny (father of the winning jockey) for years and Mam (Edwina Finn) gave Darragh his first 12.2hh pony to go racing and he won two races on him. He is a really good jockey and I'd say he will go jumping eventually as he is tall.
"We had a winner at last year's festival with Racing Royalty, who is in tomorrow but the ground will be too fast for him; I'll take this win!"
It was a third winner for O'Sullivan whose claim is now reduced to 7lb.
