Grant enjoying a good time of it
The Pat Flynn trained Bay Swallow followed up on her recent win here on Thursday evening after she landed the Madra Dog Foods Handicap in the hands of Danny Grant making it the jockeys fourth winner of the festival.
"She a gorgeous filly although she's after coming back in with a cut on her near hind leg so hopefully she'll be ok. She's a three parts sister to Grey Swallow", said a delighted Flynn.
"She's improving all of the time and she's still a bit weak but next year will really be her year."
Grant who spent the winter months in India enjoyed a good time of it and finished up champion jockey over there.
