Trainer Jim Gorman’s Elusive Moon under Michael Hussey, emerged on the right side of a photo finish to the Belmont Handicap at Wexford this evening, scoring a short head win over King’s Jester.

Afterwards Gorman stated “I was a bit disappointed with him at Tipperary the last day but he was drawn badly. He was drawn badly again today but the ease in the ground was a big help. He’ll keep him on the go in mile handicaps now.”
