Good Send-Off for Nina
Nina Carberry made it five winners from seven rides this week (since Monday) as she got Kalico Kim up close home in the bumper. The 3/1 favourite availed of the opportunity presented when her main market-rival, Britannicus hung badly left with the race at his mercy.
Carberry departs for Australia tomorrow as part of the Irish Jumps Jockey Team. Herself, Katie Walsh, Shane Jackson and Alain Cawley take on the Aussies in the annual challenge. (EM)
