The going at Galway is Good on the National Hunt course and Yielding on the Flat track. The forecast is for showers today and a generally dry day tomorrow.
The first of seven races is due off at 5.15pm. The featured Topaz Mile Handicap is at 6.50pm. Early money in this contest has come for Unsinkable (8/1 to 5/1) who was third in the Cork Derby and Hint Of A Tint (12/1 to 8/1) who has been off-track for 284 days.
In the two mile handicap which concludes the card at 8.20 pm, Tony Martin's Heartbreak City is all the rage from 10/1 to 4/1.
