Eleven year old Glenabo Bridge (4/1) registered a third career win today, landing Down Royal's Adare Manor Opportunity Handicap Hurdle for trainer Oliver McKiernan and jockey Charlie O'Dwyer.
The son of of Witness Box was prominent throughout and stayed on well in the closing stages to beat Costalita by ten lengths.
Afterwards jockey O'Dwyer reported “it was a solid staying effort, the ground isn't great but he can just gallop through it, he's a solid little stayer.
"He has powered through it and travelled great. It probably wasn't ideal being in front that early but there was nothing there and he was travelling great so I just had to let him on.
"He has enjoyed everything and jumped great and you couldn't have faulted him. His jumping was keeping him there."
