Geraghty on fire at Bellewstown
Barry Geraghty made it three from three at Bellewstown this evening when Magnetic Force claimed the Lougher Stables Handicap Hurdle.
Robbie Hennessy 's charge improved to join free-running leader Esporao at the fifth last and the pair had it between them from there.
They settled down to fight it out from the second last and Magnetic Force edged ahead on the run-in to record a length-and-a-half success.
"That puts pressure on me for later," joked Hennessy, who is set to partner Soldier Bay in the Arkle Statue fund Legends Race.
"This horse came back from Galway with a virus and we got that cleared up.
"Barry gave him a peach of a ride and he enjoyed every minute of it. The (Round Table Gang) syndicate have had bad luck and I forced them into this.
"They are from all around Ireland but they all live in Dublin."
