Galeola followed up an initial win at Leopardstown ten days ago with an even more emphatic success in the Tipperaryraces.ie Handicap.
The Sheila Lavery-trained filly tracked the leaders in this 1m4f event, and Robbie Colgan sat motionless as she challenged over two furlongs out.
The 11/2 chance soon asserted, and was ridden out inside the final furlong to score by two and a quarter lengths. Sharp Focus came from off the pace to take the runner-up spot, with Molly Kaye also staying on a further two lengths away in third. Shoofly completed the places in fourth.
Colgan said, "The rain came, she likes a little ease and she has a big massive stride. She has come on from Leopardstown and did it well again today.
"She is learning with racing, stays well and I couldn't pull her up!"
