After scoring earlier with Gambling Girl and Cailin Annamh Fresh By Nature completed a 408.5/1 treble for trainer Jessica Harrington, as she took the Freshford Handicap Hurdle.
Ridden by Robbie Power, who was himself completing a double after winning aboard Gambling Girl, the six-year-old daughter of Flemensfirth was waited with towards the rear for much of the contest.
She made headway into ninth at the third last, and was ridden into sixth on the inside approaching two out.
She kept on best from there, improving to lead soon after the last, staying on well on the run-in to score by three and a quarter lengths. Waterloo Chateau finished back in second under David Splaine for Ger Keane at 16/1, while Alderimli (14/1) was three and three parts of a length back in third under Andrew Ring for Philip Rothwell. Sullane Chief for Pat O'Connor and Conor Walsh, completed the placings a neck back in fourth at 25/1, while Mrs Penny Pincher finished a disappointing tenth after being sent off the 7/2 favourite.
Jessica Harrington said afterwards: "That was a surprise as she ran so bad at Listowel the last day when I fancied her. I don’t know whether it was the ground or whether she just had an off day.
"We decided to take our time with her today, and she will improve for going up to three miles."
