The Sean Hughes Memorial Mullingar Park Hotel Handicap Hurdle caused somewhat of a surprise when 20/1 shot One Back For Luck came home in front in the hands of John Cullen.

Cullen produced the daughter of Bob Back to lead at the last and kept on strongly for a four and a half length win over Oscar Glory

Winning trainer Lady Fowler said afterwards: "That's my first winner in Ireland, I had one in England since my husband John passed away."

"She got very upset the last day at Punchestown, we think it was the loud music so we put ear plugs in her today and it turned her into a completely different horse, she was so relaxed."
