Flynn strikes again
The in form Pat Flynn stable were back in the winner’s enclosure when 5/1 shot Worldly Wise ran out 1 1/4 length victory of the Golf Open Week At Gowran Park Handicap in the hands of Danny Grant.
Winning trainer Flynn stated afterwards: “That was great we were hoping he’d win today we were a little worried about the ground but he’s a strong old horse and he handled it well.”
“We were disappointed he didn’t get into the McDonogh Handicap at Galway. He deserved to win this evening he has been consistent all year. We will probably go for another handicap next.”
