Timeonourside provided trainer Lenny Flynn with a welcome change of luck when taking the Thank You To All Our Sponsors Apprentice Handicap at Gowran Park.
The son of Smooth Daddy lost his chance at the start on handicap debut over six furlongs on the opening day of the turf season at the Curragh but enjoyed much better fortune here.
Wesley Joyce made all aboard the 10/1 shot in this mile event although his mount was strongly pressed from over a furlong out.
Flynn’s charge found plenty in the closing stages and kept on well to beat Pandion Power by three quarters of a length. Miami Sunshine was a further three and a half lengths back in third.
Flynn was previously on the mark when All The Chimneys won over fences at Thurles in November 2021.
