Flying Light brings up Carberry's double
Flying Light (7/2 in the morning into 1/1) brought up a double for Nina Carberry, earlier successful on Ardglen when he landed the concluding Waterford & Tramore Supporters Club Ladies Flat Race at Tramore.
In the familiar Annette Mee colours, Carberry led over a furlong out and her mount stayed on well to prevail by four lengths from Marshall Dillon.
Winning trainer John Queally said: "That's my first winner for the owner. I'm very pleased to have a winner for Mrs Mee and I'm also very pleased with the horse's performance. He'll go for a maiden hurdle next."
