The Stewards enquired into an incident which occurred coming out of the back stretch involving Truckers Delight ridden by Paddy Flood, placed fifth, No Panic ridden by Tom O'Brien, unplaced and Waittillitellyou ridden by Johnny Allen, unplaced.

Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.

Having viewed the video of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Paddy Flood had ridden carelessly and they therefore suspended him for 2 racedays (dates to be confirmed by the Turf Club).
