Fav again but a winner this time - Its The Ice I Like

Its The Ice I Like narrowly defeated as joint favourite here a fortnight back, made amends going up half a mile in trip in the Goresbridge Maiden Hurdle at Gowran under Philip Enright.
Things were always looking good for the even money market-leader and though the front-runner Are Ya Right Chief kept going pretty well, Its The Ice I Like had much too much for him once taking over from two out. Ridden approaching the last, the victorious son of Oscar kept on well on the run-in to prevail by two lengths.
Robert Tyner trains Its The Ice I Like, a point-to-point and bumper winner for J P McManus and he said: "He did it nicely – he was running away a bit on Philip turning-in and he idled a bit in front.
"It was probably too short for him the last day and he'll probably go for a winners race now in about three weeks time."
