Father and Son team up to win at Galway
Rory Cleary won The G.P.T Cork Handicap on Miranda's Girl trained by his father Tom Cleary and owned by his Uncle John Cleary.
Cleary gave his horse a great ride and kept on well up the hill to win by 4 lengths.
Tom Cleary trainer said, 'We expected her to run well we were worried about the hill, my son Paul has done a lot of work with her bringing her away the last couple of weeks. It's a bonus especially winning in Galway which is very emotional for me and it's great for my brother who owns her who is a local businessman around here.
