Easy hurdle win for Reizovic
Dual bumper winner Reizovic (6/4 favourite) made it third time lucky over hurdles with a smooth win in the opening naasracecourse.com Maiden Hurdle at Naas today, scoring under Mark Walsh.
Walsh sent the son of Catcher In The Rye to the front approaching the final flight before staying on strongly for a three lengths win over Hair Oil Jimmy
Afterwards winning trainer John Kiely said “that’s nice – he was due that and it made up for being beaten at Punchestown the last day. The horse that beat him (Make A Track) ran a good race against a decent horse at Clonmel the last day and our horse has been consistent.”
