Dumitas wins last
Nina Carberry guided 9/4 shot Dumitas to victory in today’s concluding race at Tipperary, the Tipperary Co-Op Hardware & Super Valu (Pro-Am) Flat Race for trainer Charlie Swan.
Carberry produced the son of Lomitas to lead from over two furlongs out and the pair sprinted clear for a four and a half length win over Carrie Bradshaw
Winning trainer Swan said afterwards: “He’s going to the Doncaster Sales now and he’ll make a lovely horse in England.”
“He likes good ground and he’s loads of class. He disappointed at Roscommon the last day but that was because of the heavy ground.”
