Henry De Bromhead trains Pierlow

There have been a couple of surprising gambles on this evening's National Hunt card at Tramore.
The locally-trained Pierlow (5.35pm) was beaten a total of 94 lengths on his recent handicap debut and despite his unattractive form figures of 0000 he has shortened from 25/1 to 8/1 for today's assignment.
The Norman Lee trained Rebel Cry (6.05pm) is even stronger, supported from a general 20/1 into 6/1 for the 2m5f handicap hurdle.
Rebel Cry now makes his handicap debut having never troubled the judge with three 000 runs in maiden company.
He did manage to win a point-to-point from his ten tries between the flags and the longer trip is obviously in his favour.
