Dubawi Stars under Dundalk lights
Dubawi Star appreciated the quicker surface at Dundalk as he got off the mark in good style in the seven-furlong maiden.
Fran Berry sent the John Oxx-trained colt to the front two furlongs out and he kicked clear before the furlong pole.
The son of Dubawi kept on strongly in the closing stages to post a four-length verdict over 9/4f Flic Flac
"He did it well. He got stuck in the ground last time at the Curragh. He travelled well but just got bogged down inside the last," said Berry.
"He handled the surface well there. I got the run of the race. He quickened well and it was a good performance."
