Tom Doyle was continuing his good run when winning The Dan Linehan's Irish Racing Pub of The Year handicap Chase aboard the Michael Hourigan Jnr trained Frosty Night for owners Tell Me This Syndicate.

Winning trainer Hourigan Jnr said afterwards, "The heavy ground has just been a nightmare for us. The key to this horse is good ground and lots swimming."
