Wayne Lordan is enjoying a good opening session at HQ and after a second place on Tango Time and a win on Great Minds earlier, he doubled his score when Fly To The Moon took the Curragh's fifth, the Johnny Murtagh Lifetime Achievement In Racing Madrid Handicap.
David Wachman 's charge got the better of a good tussle with Go For Goal with the favourite Third Dimension back in third place.
"Wayne gave her a great ride. She was stakes place so she probably deserved to win," stated Wachman.
For his part Lordan remarked: "The ground is always that bit drier on this side and they left me alone a bit in front which was a help.
"She's strengthened up a bit from last year." (AM & EM)
