Dohasa wins again
Dohasa from the Ger Lyons stable followed up on his recent win at Dundalk when landing the Boodles Diamond Trophy in the hands of Keagan Latham.
The son of Bold Fact was raced in behind the leaders before being produced by Latham to lead inside the final furlong for a three parts of a length win over Mean Lae
Shane Lyons brother to the winning trainer said afterwards: “The drying in the ground has been great help to us for the last couple of weeks.”
“That will have set him up nicely for his Campaign in Dubai. He’s rated 109 and he can run well off that mark and you’d need to be to go over there.”
“He has been a great servant to us and Ger is at the sales trying to find another Dohasa.”
