The Prunella Dobbs trained Ourbeautifuldream landed the Corkracecourse.ie Maiden Hurdle at Cork today, scoring for Gold Cup winning jockey Davy Russell.
Russell moved the daughter of King's Theatre moved to lead after the third last and from there stayed on to beat two 50/1 shots, Abbazagga and Ballyine
Dobbs later stated “she took her time to win a maiden hurdle but was hard to place after winning her bumper. She is so small and I wanted to avoid running her with big weights but thankfully it turned out perfect today.
“She is very genuine and jumps beautifully and it's wonderful to have a mare who wants to do it.”
