Mall Dini streaked clear in the closing stages to run out an impressive winner of the INH Stallion Owners EBF Maiden Hurdle at Thurles.
The Willie Mullins-trained Haymount was sent off 2/5 favourite for the 2m6f contest having gone down narrowly at the track last month.
He travelled into contention along with Mall Dini turning for home but had no answer when his rival quickened away from the second last under Davy Russell.
The Pat Kelly-trained gelding kept on strongly in the closing stages to post a 16-length success at odds of 7/2.
The winner was having his fourth outing over hurdles and had finished third behind the impressive Yorkhill at Punchestown a fortnight ago.
He had previously won a bumper at Cork in March having also landed two point-to-points.
