The Liam Burke trained Rebel Turn landed the Goggin Buckley Handicap Hurdle at Limerick today, scoring under a well judged ride from David Mullins.
The son of Touch Of Land was produced to lead on the run-in for length win over Monasteradenpauric
Burke was at Leopardstown but Mullins later stated “as soon as he got to the straight I knew he'd win and he winged the last two. His jumping wins it for him in these races and he was good and 'long' at the last and wouldn't have been able to jump it as well if he was tired.”
