Dane Blue scores again for Curtis
Sean Treacy was in the winners enclosure this evening when the consistent Dane Blue won again for owner Michael Conlon with Ben Curtis in the saddle.
Curtis hit the front 2f out and stayed on well to hold off the fast finishing Reload of Tom Mullins by 1 length.
Ben Curtis originally from Kinsale Co.Cork is apprenticed to John Murphy and recorded his 14th winner this evening aboard Dane Blue.
Curtis said afterwards, 'This is the toughest mare I have ever ridden, she loves it around here and it's her 4th time winning on the track.'
Curtis also picked up two days for the whip.
