Dancin' Glory takes bumper
The Mervyn Torrens trained Dancin’ Glory overcame an absence of 232 days to win the concluding Archie Watson Memorial Bumper, under James Carroll, at Down Royal today.
Carroll made all the running on the daughter of Anzillero to record a three and a half lengths win over Double Double
Afterwards Torrens said “Dancin’ Glory ran well in all her bumpers but was a bit weak - she’ll probably go for the Mares Listed Bumper at Navan next. He owners, the JR Partnership, are from Belfast and own this one’s half sister Dancera, who I also train.”
