The betting suggested the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden at Naas would be a straight forward task for Dame Kiri and so it proved as the daughter of Justify scored in runaway fashion.
The Aidan O’Brien-trained 2/7 favourite made most of the running and took command from over a furlong out, stretching right away in the closing stages under Seamie Heffernan to score by ten lengths.
Newcomer Mere Accountant kept on best of the remainder in second with Indian Outlaw a further three quarters of a length away in third.
O’Brien said, “I’m delighted with that and she’s getting stronger.
“I’d say the Justify’s are not two-year-olds at all and I was surprised they were doing what they were doing. All they want is a bit of time.
“She is a filly that is going to get a mile next year and could even get a mile and a quarter. She definitely has class.
“I’d say she will start off in a classic trial next season.”
