Dagoda bagged back-to-back wins at the Curragh when claiming the John Ormonde Wexford Sand Handicap for trainer Jenny Lynch.
The Starspangledbanner mare had struck over six at the track last month to break her maiden and followed up over seven today.
She cruised into the lead two furlongs from home, under Leigh Roche, and knuckled down well in the closing stages to post a length-and-a-quarter win over Fernao
“It's all about Leigh Roche this week, he's riding out of his skin,” said Lynch.
“He spoke to Seamie (Heffernan) and he let him know how to ride her. It was unfortunate for Seamie as he's suspended but Leigh is an able deputy and it was a great ride.
“I'm just delighted with her and we're looking at bringing her back here again in two or three weeks. She handled the ground well.
“That's great for her as she's going breeding next year.”
