Crimson lands gamble in finale
Crimson Sky landed a gamble in the concluding maiden at Navan as he ran out an easy winner under Johnny Murtagh.
The Montjeu colt was backed from 7/2 to 6/4f and duly obliged by three lengths in the colours of Derrick Smyth.
Murtagh produced his mount to lead just inside the final furlong and he powered clear for a cosy success over Chapter Nine
