Credit cosy winner of bumper
Letter Of Credit was given a patient ride by Mikey Fogarty to run out a cosy winner of the concluding bumper at Gowran Park.
Ger Lynch 's charge worked his way into contention in the straight and Fogarty nursed him into a challenging position at the furlong pole.
He was pushed out to lead inside the distance and had matters in hand close home as he recorded a comfortable two-and-a-half length victory.
The Bob Back gelding had opened his account at Limerick last time after a couple of placed efforts and looks to be going in the right direction.
"He's a big raw horse and has taken time to realise his potential," said Lynch.
"He's probably as good a horse as I've ever had and if he's qualified he could run in the Cheltenham bumper. If not we'll go down the novice hurdle route."
